Story in Wasafiri

My short story, 'Wordsmith' in the latest issue of Wasafiri.

Again, I have no idea how one can read it except by subscribing/looking for it in your library.

The issue has articles, interviews, poems and stories. Contributors to this issue include Ngũgĩ wa Thiong'o, Nabaneeta, Dev Sen, Keki Daruwalla. And Elleke Boehmer interviews David Attwell, who in turn conducted several interviews with J.M. Coetzee.

Riches! Go read (or borrow/subscribe)!

Looks like we have institutional access so I could read it. Slightly disturbing, which I presume was the intention. I'm not known for being connected to people but I can't imagine being as disconnected as that. Do you write much fiction? Any links to other short stories you have written?

Rahul: Oh good! It's nice to know folks can access it online. The British Library here used to subscribe to it and then last year they discontinued their subscription.

I don't write that much fiction - couple of stories here and there: Chandrabhaga a few years ago, the Penguin Anth, First Proof: 4 is all that's been published. But I try!

Congratulations. I've heard good things about Wasafiri and saw one issue a few years back.

Congratulations on the publication of your short story.

If your library doesn't subscribe, you can recommend Wasafiri to them by filling out the form at http://www.tandf.co.uk/journals/recommend/journals.asp

Alternatively, it's also possible to purchase it individually online at http://www.informaworld.com/smpp/content~db=all~content=a925968263~frm=titlelink.

Best wishes,

Stupid question - so the 6-page PDF there is not the full story? (If it is, well, there is no paywall - yet.)

Hari: Thanks.

Jodie: Thanks. Listen up, y'all.

km: You can read it? In that case, you somehow have a subscription! :D
