Many thanks for introducing me to this comic few months ago via a link on this blog.

gah! I just spent 2 hours reading through the first 200 issues, while I was supposed to be working.

??!: Welcome to the club. We've all been there (though some of us did this over a weekend). The worst part is when you finish reading all 1000 and realize that from now on it's going to be just one every 24 hours.

??!: yee-hah! my day's made!

Falstaff: you know what? it isn't even one every 24 hours. the guy takes weekends off -the slacker!

Ya, I know, I know, don't remind me. I was just trying to let ??! down gently.

demmit! this is a conspiracy.

hmm...maybe from now on, I'll just read 10 strips for every one he posts. That way I won't catch up with him for...what...3 months or so? Ha! My very own version of Xeno's paradox.

Now I'm going to go infect some more people with this stuff.

Spacebar, Falstaff, people... isn't anyone going to tell ??! that Jeph adds his comments on the day's strip on the leftside bar? How mean? Is this the QC version of hazing?

Sorry ??!, now you just have to go back and reread the strips and the comments...

As remarked, the finiteness of QC hinders its addictive power. For a truly evil website, one that draws you in by actually appealing to your altruistic side, and never lets you go:
http://www.freerice.com

I wish I could say more, but I need to expand my vocabulary first...

bm: see, after a few days, just to consloe ??! i was going to say now go back and read all the comments. (the first few days are a bummer. 'sorry. no news today' is all he has to say.) But yeah - ??! read the comments. it makes things last and if you follow every link, you might get even less work done!

Cheshire Cat: Now look what you've gone and done. I just went and donated a handful and i feel a pleasant glow of having done my good deed for the day. clearly such sites are emant for people like me.

By the way, just to remind everyone that they Should Not Press (see sidebar) but the damn thing appears to have disappeared.
